Reservations of up to 5 nights can be canceled free of charge by e-mail no later than 11.00 a.m. on the day before your arrival. Reservations longer than 5 nights can be canceled free of charge by e-mail no later than 11.00 a.m. / 7 days before your arrival. In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge for the entire stay.
